The architectural concept was created in cooperation with world class architect Jurgen Mayer H., who runs his own office in Berlin. A significant design assumption behind this project was the creation of an original building shape that will become an icon and give the hotel an unprecedented character.

Building - conference centre, spacious reception lobby, restaurant, hotel bar, kitchen, storage space and administrative rooms. The centre also includes a 300 person ballroom that can be divided into two separate parts. Smaller, 50 person seminar rooms are also available. A fitness centre and two saunas available to the hotel guests are located on the 1st floor.
